This may include a written program and is tailored to your work, home-life or sports needs.
If appropriate you can be referred to a gym for supervised training.

Appointments can be made to see one of our physiotherapists without referral from the doctor.

Karen Giles
Karen Giles trained in the UK and has been working in Whakatane for 12 years. She has over 20 years of experience including working with the England and Wales Cricket Board for 10 years. Karen has a Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy (Distinction), holds a Diploma in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and is a probationary Faculty member for McKenzie International.
